How do I know which pickleball paddle is right for my skill level?

We categorize our paddles into Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced series. Beginners should look for a wider 'sweet spot' and lighter weight for control, while advanced players may prefer carbon fiber surfaces for added spin and power.

What is your return policy on used paddles?

We offer a 14-day 'Play Test' guarantee. If you aren't satisfied with your paddle, you can return it for store credit or exchange, provided it shows no signs of structural damage or excessive wear.

How long does shipping take within Ontario?

Standard shipping within Ontario typically takes 2-4 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options and free local pickup at our Academy locations.

Do you offer professional paddle re-gripping services?

Yes! If you purchase a grip from our pro shop, our staff can apply it for you free of charge at any of our physical Academy locations.

Are your paddles USAPA approved for tournament play?

The vast majority of our inventory is USAPA approved. Look for the 'USA Pickleball Approved' seal in the product description to ensure the paddle is legal for sanctioned tournament play.
