At Ontario Pickleball Academy Pro Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Verify Eligibility

Ensure your items are in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. Please note that customized paddles and final sale items are not eligible for return.

Request a Return Authorization

Email our support team with your order number and the reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.

Package Your Gear

Securely pack your items and include a copy of your receipt or the RMA form inside the box to ensure your refund is processed without delay.

Ship and Track

Send your package via a tracked shipping method. Once we receive and inspect your items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
